********** upgrade not properly rectified

My 3 week issue ***) with a ********** upgrade seemed to have been resolved. And I only found out because I logged into MTN Active to check if there were any updates on my account. Some details had been changed, this, without being informed about it. I called 808 for clarification, and I learned that the matter had been fixed, that is, the upgrade had been cancelled and I was now back to my old package. However, MTN has still not taken me back to my old package, I am now taken to MTN Anytime 350, instead of my original Broadband Lite Uncapped.<br> <br> The consultant who was helping me, Pamela Masiba, sent an email to the retentions department to correct the package deal. And the retentions department (Baxolile Zulu - ***3) responded by sending me an email a few hours later, telling to call 808 or visit a nearest MTN store. Nothing more!<br> <br> Just as it was easy to 'upgrade' me, I'm sure reversing the error would be just as easy, not the run-around that I have been getting since 3 weeks and countless phonecalls ago. <br> <br> I respect MTN though, I do.
