********** Upgrade by MTN

MTN **********ly upgraded my contract in September and i called to question that as i was going to not renew the contract when it ends in December only to be told it was the online department that did the upgrade, the online department then sent me confirmation on email as per my request of the reversal of the upgrade but that has changed nothing as since September i get debited thousands which i reverse every time and now when i want to cancel my contract, i am told they cant cancel it because i owe MTN money which i do not.
