********** upgrade activations.
I received message that 2 of my lines are due for upgrade, and I did not act on these messages. Now I received a message on the 19th that these lines have been sucessfully upgrade. These are ********** upgrade activations!!!The main contact holder contact no is ***. I have tried to call the call centre with no luck and visited your stores. Please contact me urgently to sort this out.

Our records shows that a call was received by our Call Centre on the 23 December 2019 and our consultant advised that an Affidavit and Certified ID copy were to be provided for ***** investigations to be done however documents were not send.
Kindly note that our ***** team can only investigate possible ***** after the Affidavit and Certified ID copy has been received.
