<p>What a horrific service i recieved from MTN. I was due for an upgrade in may, then later i recieved a thank you for upgrading sms from mtn, which i NEVER did. I called mtn and they kept transfering me from person to person and in the end they requested i sendthem affidavit and ID copy, which i did....until now ive not heard from them. I would advise anyone thinking of upgrading or taking a contract with mtn to think twice.</p>

Kindly be advised that the upgrade was done at the MTN store Exquisite Cellular on the 16-7-2017. The request was sent to the store managers to proof to the ***** department the upgrade documents signed.
The request was sent to the ***** department to investigate as per reference ***. The ***** investigation was logged on the 18-7-2017, ***** investigation can take up to 15 days to be resolved. We have escalated the ***** request for feedback.
