********** Upgrade
<p>In April 2016 I was notified that I have been successfully upgraded. I contacted MTN advising them that this was not the case. I had to obtain an affidavit to prove otherwise. After an investigation the upgrade was reversed as someone **********ly upgraded on my behalf. In July 2016 I was notified once again that I have been successfully upgraded. I again obtained an affidavit and sent it through to MTN. This time my CIM was not working and I was no longer on the network. I emailed MTN and this was resolved and I was told the everything has been sorted. I have noticed that since the upgrade I have not received my airtime etc for the contract I signed up for. I tried to upgrade last week but it was denied as I was informed that the upgrade in July was never cancelled. I have got emails etc to prove that I was informed that everything has been reversed. I have been paying for 3 months for someone else's phone as well as contract costs and now I can't upgrade as well.</p>
