********** upgrade

Upgrades were done without my knowledge by Mtn consultants and I just received sms'es saying that my lines were upgraded and I called them the same day and there was no answer and I called in today and I spoke to Tholakele and she told me that I must go to the police station and do an affidavit and submit it at Mtn shop and they will lodge an investigation for ***** .and while they are busy with the investigation which she doesn't know how long is it going to take I must continue with paying for the upgrade that I didn't do. From my point of view I think Mtn is having a new trend of upgrading clients without their knowledge .I just don't get it why 2 of my contracts get upgraded at the same time without my knowledge and on their system there is no paperwork or caller I'd and the name of the consultant who did the upgrades can't be found
