********** upgrade

Hi, I am so so disappointed to find that MTN has allowed a ********** upgrade on my MTN contract. I suspect this must be someone working for MTN, all of a sudden this happened after I called for a early cancellation quote. I need answers, I was promised I'll get the call recording on which the person requested this telephonic upgrade and I still did not get this! When I queried, your consultant had the audacity to tell me that I did request for an upgrade after I was the one calling in to say, I suspect *****, what happened to checking your facts first before accusing a customer of doing something I didn't do? I demand that upgrade to be investigated, I demand that call recording! And I demand my contact on my main number too to be cancelled, my number to be put on prepaid and I will not be liable for a single cent, not even a early termination fee!
