Good day. i lodged a complaint at the end of August already. I have been a client for almost 10 years and am on a old contract for R49 per month. End August my account was debited for R982 and i received an email stating over R300 will be refunded, which did not happen. I have since 1 August to last night not even switched on my tablet and the data available last night was over 900MB. This morning again R647.35 was AGAIN deducted. i asked in august already to look into this as the tablet is rarely used and i suspect ********** usage on it. a message on my tablet stated that my details were correctly updated in August - which details as i provided none. I kindly request an urgent investigation of this and the refunds to be done.
