********** transactions / mtn derbit orders

Um not happy at all with how mtn treat it's customers. I have been using mtn for the last 13 years. I had a contract with mtn for the last 8 years.when the contract expired i called them to stop any derbit orders and they must uat change it to mtn prepaid.they still charge me every month and i just got an email today with billing for this month. Um not happy at all . This has been happening for the past 4 months. How will i trust this brand if such a things happen and money is involved e. It is a just the same as ********** transactions. Please go to my profile check how many times i have sent or phoned call center regarding this issue. Please i expect this to be sorted out as soon as possible and i want all my debit orders reversed. This is ridiculous.
