********** transaction with no resolve from MTN/Mondo

We have been trying to get MTN/Mondo to stop a debit order for a contract which was **********ly committed with my personal detail with no success.

We have spoken to both MTN & Mondo on a few occasions during the last (nearly) 2 months, but until today this issue is not resolved.

On 26 Apr 2022, MTN has indicated that they would take it up with Mondo as a matter of urgency from their side and would copy me in correspondence. Until today, nothing. We have also spoken to Mondo on the same date upon which it was requested by Mondo that we send supportive documentation so that they can act accordingly.

Following no response from Mondo, after sending our documents on the 28th Apr 2022, I phoned Mondo (again) today only to be told that the process is going to take another 21 days.

The way in which crime is being tolerated by either companies is totally unacceptable and should be seriously frowned upon; especially because nothing has been done nearly 2 months after we initially reported the matter and only follow-up initiated by ourselves.
