********** transaction on my bank account.

I am currently writing this in total disgust and disappointment at how MTN robs people off! I took out a contract with MTN for S8+. Now after all that I have signed for on my account there was debit order which I am fully aware of (900) and some odds. Later a huge amount of R13998.72 was deducted. I called the call center which I got a very rude consultant that told me,she doesnt see any of what I informed her about and that I should deal with my bank not MTN. I then again called my bank and quiered about this I was told again that it is MTN who deducted this amount. I went to the Cape Town International airport and told me it was a mistake! I mean how can you ******* people like that? this has left me in areas with my bank because I did not have such money leaving me with a negative on my bank balance!

I am really disappointed in this network! I actually cant wait for my contract to end!
