I keep on getting OTPs generated by MTN and when contacting MTN to check who generated the OTPs as I haven’t visited the stores. Unfortunately the consultant advised that they are unable to see who generated OTPs, surely there is a way to trace this. After couple of hours received the sms that my spend limit is been increased.
