********** TRANSACTION

I bought R100 airtime from MNT on 04.06.2020 and again another R 100 on 06.06.2020 using the App and used my card to pay for it. MNT took the money from account both times and never sent the airtime. I called in several times including today when I was assisted by Amahle at their call centre. Amahle said there is nothing they can do despite the fact that I have been telling her that I have a proof of payment from my bank. I need assistance please
