I am a Vodacom customer and never had a contract with MTN, but an amount of R1265,11 has been deducted from my bank account for a MTN contract with my personal details!! How on earth is this possible???

I have already submitted the affidavit but once again a further deduction of R2200,00 was made from my bank account for end Jan 2018.
Why on earth has the line not been disconected yet, this person is getting away with this and I am paying for a bad bad very bad and ***** action.
