Good day,

I would like to report *****. In February I got a debit order mandate to approve which says I have a new contract with MTN which I must approve for R480 monthly debit order which I never took as I do not have any contract with MTN nor do I use MTN as a service provider. I declined the mandate but the transaction still took place then I reversed the money on my app. End of March they debited R7000 on my account and I called Mtn contract department and I couldn’t get help reason being their system is always down. I’m really not happy with how Mtn does things how can they allow someone to take contract phone without my approval 😡
