********** subscriptions

My mom has suddenly been subscribed to 5 "per day" subscriptions... 4 of them at R4 per day, and 1 of them at R5 per day. How can these things just be automatically added to a contract??? And how many other people aren't as vigilant and as a result are losing a LOT of money. This is theft!!
