This ********** subscriptions done and allowed by MTN on unsuspecting subscribers to their network is a huge problem. ICASA and all relevant authorities must do something about MTN on this bull ****. We cannot loose money always like this. I unsubscribe and suddenly again subscribed and money being deducted. All reviews are about the same thing. Its time all the complainants united to deal with this nonsense.

Q - How do I cancel a subscription?
Visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ category under ‘My MTN Play’ at WWW.MTNPLAY.CO.ZA on your mobile device. Select the subscription and deactivate.

Prepaid Customers - Call the MTN Customer Service Contact Centre on 083 135.

Postpaid Customers - Call the MTN Customer Service Contact Centre on 135.
