********** Stop Order
<p>After signing up FTTH for my business, MTN decided to debit my private account with the a stop order.</p> <p>I did not provide them with this account's details and did not authorise them to remove funds from this account.</p> <p>I phoned them twice, once before the debit order went off to ask them to change the account details and once after they did it anyway.</p> <p>In my eyes, if a party removes funds from my account without permission, I consider it to be an act of theft.</p>
