********** SMS
I keep getting messages from MTN advising me that I have subscribed to content . For example I will get an SMS saying that Your attempt to subscribe to IT News has failed due to insufficient balance. Please recharge and try again . Along with others for Pretty Women , The house of yoga, smile, world of jokes, only girls and gamers plus . I am so annoyed because I have not subscribed to anything at all never did never will use such nonsense . This has been taking my airtime and this is ***** .
can someone please look into this ASAP because I did log and send a query on Facebook all they say is that I must unsubscribe by dialling *141*5# it says I am not subscribes to anything so why am I still getting these SMS ? I logged a query on the website no one called me back ...I also called your call centre the lady I spoke to said that there is nothing and everything is cancelled , question is who is sending or subscribing to these things that I don't know off . PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP before I cancel my contract and move else where .

Kindly note that the said charge appears to be a content charge. The first step in order to stop such charges is by dialing *141*5# or *156*12# or *136*5#. Secondly, you would need to contact our contact centre @ 135 in order for the said charges to be investigated.

thank you kindly for the feedback , sadly I have tried all you said I should and when I do it says you are not currently subscribes to any services but I still keep on getting the SMS ? I called the call centre and they said they have deleted and cleared all content services but the SMS keeps running through can you please get your IT department to investigate and call me if need be .
