********** sim swop

When we realized our sim card was swopped, and the SMS stated it was done by Shane van der Walt at the Innovation Centre in Jhb, we phoned MTN immediately. Our number did not exist on their system anymore and now there was a new number linked to our account. But dont worry, they will investigate and come back to us in 20 days. This is unacceptable, they dont care that you have to run around like a mad thing and freeze all your bank accounts. And have the cheek to tell me to follow up with them in 72 hours. And dont even try to escalate this, you get sent back to the call centre with advisors telling you the same thing. As soon as this is sorted out I am moving my account to Vodacom. At least they care about their customers.
