********** sim swap to MTN

MTN is the worst network to deal with. On the 14 December 2017 somebody did a ********** SIM SWAP from VODACOM to MTN on my number which i had for 10 years. Went to Vodacom who said the number is now with MTN I went to one of MTN stores in PIETERMARITZBURG on the 15 December 2017 they advised me to buy new sim card and to call 173 for MTN to do sim swap which will return my number back. I spoke to Ntokozo Mhlongo; I also spoke to Nokulungu Gamede who never assisted me I also spoke to Nomfundo who was very rude up until now i havent had sim swap and thi Nokulunga Gamede said i must write an affidavid she never advised me to write a new number on affidavit u to today ive been sent from pillar to post its the 22 December no assistance. My question is how did they do a sim swap on my number if that person who fradulently did a sim swap had no ID of mine im frustrated because this number is for work and personal stuff I need my number back also why do we have to RICA our cards if it will be this easy for ********** to to sim swap on and the rightful owner have to suffer. Im ****ed off with *********** MTN stuff not willing to help and dont even know their job.
