It's been 3 months since I was **********ly sold 2 Dat sim cards via telesales by MTN's partners and to date nothing has been done. I've been trying to contact MTN via email but they keep pushing me back and forth between mondo and their various departments when I ask for a refund. I have proof saying that the deal was canceled but they still have taken my money. The original agreement was for R149 a month but my last debit was for R567.77 which I can't afford. I'm tired of being ****** for my money and not being assisted. Don't deal with MTN or take anything over the telephone. Their partners have ****med me.
