********** porting

On 6 Nov 2018 at 11:59 I received a call from ********** promoting MTN packages. As soon as I realized that it was a marketing call, I clearly communicated to the caller that I was not interested. I started receiving porting notification txt messages from MTN on 8 Nov, 9 Nov, 19 Nov and 20 Nov. On each occasion I also received Vodacom messages asking me to confirm if I want to port. On all these occasions I saw the message immediately and declined the port. On 22 Nov The MTN Porting notification came and immediately after that the approval - Vodacom did not even have time to confirm with me. Now I have lost network and will be without network for the whole weekend as the porting department is only open on Monday again. On top it if MTN was very "kind" to offer a swimswap not mentioning that if I RICAéd with them I would have to stay with them for 6 months!!! I did not request a port, have spend hours trying to prevent it but still it happened!! I am sure it is linked to the call centre.
