********** online mobile phone and identity theft

An application was *****ulantly submitted online via Mondo to MTN with my MTN account particulars for a SIM and Samsung A52s phone. The application was approved without veriication and the order was ready to be delivered to the *********, both Mondo and MTN refuse to provide delivery details which would assist me to investigate as to who is responsible for this identity theft. Apparently the application was electronically signed at some SABC1718. Were it not for my vigilence, I would have been locked into a 36 months contract by MTN
