********** Number Porting to MTN

Hi, we desperately need your help. on the 30th of May 2017 it seems my mothers number was ported to MTN without her permission from vodacom. She is elderley and not really fami**** with these things and only noticed that she had no service on her phone the next day. she did recieve an sms from vodacom i suppose ntofiying her of a port but she didnt understand what it meant and didnt act on it. Now she has lost the number and the ********** have gone and tried to register on internet banking and tried to transact from her account. Luckily she has stopped her account so it didnt succeed. she is now desperately asked Vodacom and MTN to assist her and all of you are sending her from pillar to post and no one is able to give her answers. she needs the number blocked urgently and she needs to know what must she do to get her number back to vodacom. the number is questions is ********** . She is now unable to use her number and her bank account is frozen until this is resolved. please advise what must happen now. she has reported this to the police station and has a case number if you required this. for now you can contact me on ********** 292 or her on ********** 645 to give us guidance how we can solve this asap.

Can you please call me on ********** 292.
