********** MTN contract on my name

On 25 November 2021, a ********** debit order has been loaded on my name and deducted from my ABSA account. I don't have ANY products from MTN whatsoever. So far, MTN is not of assistance. You can't get through to anyone on the 083 135 number. The ***** report email only replies that I should contact 083 135. Contacting MTN Group also did not yield any results. I have managed to track down the ********** number which made use of my details, but it is a struggle to get this issue resolved.
