********** MTN account

A ********** MTN account was opened in my name in July 2021. Sent all relevant documents to MTN indicating that I had not opened the account. But instead the account was then handed over to MDB. Contacted MTN even through it complaints division but no responses. Indicated to MBD that I had not opened the account and now every time I call to receive a letter that my name has been removed from this account I am told that they are busy with investigation.
