MTN i regret the day i went through their door to apply for contract. i got attracted by their April 2017 special on contracts at Soshanguve Crossing ,which i then gladly app**** for, only to find out it was the beginning of my greatest nightmare . First my application declined for the contract since it was less than a year since i started working and had no any ITC record poor me. The consultant called Emmanuel Ragolane promised to assist me in getting the contract approved , though the application declined. he asked that i give him a day or two and asked that i sign the documents in advance, little did i know that was a trap. He then called me on monday to say that the contract was approved and should fetch the simcard from him personally after working hours, no copy of contract was issued, no documents were issued for me to sign but due to lack of information i took the sim card. MTN started debiting me for the amount over what i app**** for, laid many complains about with no success as their client care/services is very POOR. Surprisingly in less than a year i went to the branch to query my contract with them and i was told my contract was due for an upgrade and yet again with no copy of contract issued, all i heard was lullaby stories. they were always quick to send me home and promised to call me back once they have a valid answer. The advisor from their call centre said my contract was cancelled and assured me that i am clear, still no documents to prove that was issued . Now recently as i wanted to purchase a house they tell me that MTN affected my ITC record and won't be able to assist me . I immidiately contacted MTN and was told my contract was handed to Legal. what a nightmare . No one could even explain anything better . i requested they get the legal advisors to contact me since June 2018 even today i am still waiting.

finally the sohanguve crossing branch manager showed interest in fighting/helping me get through this nightmare and she finally got me a copy of my so called contract. The signature was FORGED my initials were Forged . now this is ***** i am not gona leave this matter and turn a blind eye on it if MTN can not help me i will take the matter further to court.
