********** Issues

Unresponsive with emails. A ********** account was opened in my name at MTN and since December debit orders have been continuously going off my account even though I have a case number and I have spoken to various people who confirmed the account was closed. The institution does not care about customers service or better yet matters as sensitive as *****, where some of their employees are implicated.
