********** deductions & Pathetic Service!

Not only have they deducted double my debit order amount which has now caused a snowball effect with other deductions, no one is willing to help or even answer my calls. When someone does finally answer, they will not assist. How is this even acceptable!!! I gave no such permission for MTN to ***** my money especially in these difficult times when funds are scarce!!!
