I was called by an agent representing mtn to offer me a contract , I was interested and they said in my contract there would be services included and won't have to pay extra, I asked and the lady confirmed that I don't pay extra, I received the phone but was not happy so I cancelled the contract because I was told I have 14days to return. To my surprise my account was debited from the following companies Luno for R55, SOS squad for R55, Phonebox R35 and Techtrace R39. I sent these companies mails asking them who authorised the deductions and they didn't answer they only sent mails to say my query has been resolved. In the meantime I got charged by the bank because of insufficient funds I stopped the payments but to my surprise on the 22 December my account was debited again. If I can't trust my bank FNB to protect my account and MTN for false advertising who can I trust. I need this resolved I am paying for misrepresentation of this company.

27 Dec 2017, 18:02I will await your response when in the meantime I am paying for bank charges since every week the debit orders are charging up my account with disputes and stop payments.
