********** debits and legal threats on up-to-date account
On Friday 9 July my bill was paid IN FULL by debit order (that's 4 days ago). Last night another RANDOM/AD-HOC/ERRONEOUS amount of R309.78 was deducted from my bank account. This morning I receive an sms from MTN "Avoid handover on your MTN account. Due:...". 1. Why am I being threatened with handover when MTN received FULL PAYMENT? 2. Why does MTN deduct AN ADDITIONAL R309.78 from my account EVERY MONTH? 3. Since there are insufficient funds to cover this erroneous debit of R309.78 who is going to pay the R50.00 penalty fee that Nedbank is going to charge ME FOR YOUR MISTAKE? 4. Why can't MTN adhere to the SET DEBIT ORDER DATE?

08 Sept 2021, 10:13And still mtn can't get it right. Why do I have a debit order if you don't debit my account?? The money is in my bank account waiting for you, but instead of simply debiting my account, you'd rather forgo the money, send me threats and then cut my line....
