********** Debit Order on a non-MTN client bank account!
I woke up this morning with a shock that my account has been debited by MTN. I have never had or now have any affiliation with MTN! So the debit order is **********! How does MTN conduct business? Loading bank account for people who probably don't have the correct FICA documents! MTN better contact me to explain to me how this happened?!

23 Apr 2018, 11:00I find it absolute RIDICULOUS that MTN phoned me now, 5 months after I've said that this account if **********, and that it is NOT my account. And they phoned me on my current cellphone number! Where they got that, I would like to know! Why was the account not immediately closed once they knew that it was **********? No apparently there is in excess of R20 000 outstanding on the account! How absolutely idiotic can MTN be for keeping a ********** account open? And then baggering me after 5 months for the money, after I told Willem Jnr Loots from MTN that it is not my account, and sent the relevant documents on. Absolutely ridiculous!

From that alone, and the information I sent to MTN (my ID), they will see that it is not I who opened the account! Thanks to the failing FICA procedures from MTN, my stellar credit score is now being affected extremely badly by their incompetence!
