********** debit order by MTN

MTN has **********ly debited an amount of R1384.85 instead of R135.00 on March 30th. I have been trying to call them since March 21 and they've just been sending me from pillar to post. The coast lady I spoke to was Patience Moloko, a supervisor in Retentions and she advised methods has nothing to do with her she's only helping before she asked me to hold on while secretly putting me thought to I don't know where. Again I had yo start from afresh yo explain myself and still got no help after holding on for so long. I was on the call for one hour 6 minutes and nothing was achieved.

No body wants yo take responsibility. This has affected me negatively as my account was overdrawn and some debit orders bounced because of this ***** by MTN.
