********** debit order by MTN

Mtn has been deducting my account ********ly. I don't have an account with nor did I attempt to open one. I shared all the required documents in March already and the matter hasn't been resolved. They debited again this month and still waiting for my refund for previous month. This is frustrating and messing up my budget.
