********** Debit order

<p>I reported a *****ulant contract to MTN Golden Acre in Cape Town in Sepember 2014. I spoke to Kashiefa Beukes who said that i would get my refumd within 21 business days. Upto date I have not received my refund. I have made various enquiries and it was established that they had refunded the ******** again. How idiotic!!</p> <p>Now I am dealing with a ****y Ms Beukes who is irritated when I ask for feedback on the refund. Ms Beukes maintains that they have refunded me but cannot say to which bank account.</p> <p>She even asked me not to phone her on her work cell that she initially provided to me.</p> <p>I am so ****ed off by the inadequate service that MTN provides to clients,i am not even sure if Ms Beukes did not refund my money to herself since her attitude.</p> <p>she is asking me to provide bank stamped bank statements for May 2015 who is going to incur bank charges while they are owing me my money and interest.</p> <p>The latest request ticket that was given to me is REQ ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please refund my money i have never been your client and never will with your non-existent customer service</p> <p> </p>
