********** Debit

I had a debit order on my bank account on the 20th, when I went to the store in Jabulani Mall to query it they said they were off line. On the 14th March I received a call from MTN insurance alleging that I took a Huawei Nova. I have never ever taken a contract with MTN. I email my complaint to *********** and all I get is automated response saying I should dial 083 153 the number doesn't even give me the option to speak to a consultant. I want this issue resolved ASAP
