Suspected ********** data contract. I was given the incorrect data contract. I app**** for 35gig per month, I have only been allocated 20gig per month. Furthermore, I was given no receipt and no contract, which is very suspicious .

We do require the copy of the contract for further assistance, please visit the store where the contract was signed for assistance with the copy.
We have escalated the request as well to the the MTN store managers to intervene with the store. The package can only be corrected once we have a copy of the contract. The store number is ***.

The store has logged a billing request on your behalf:
Logged a Siebel ticket: *** and a remedy ticket for the Bonus data and Entertainment pass that we notice she did not get, Remedy ticket:REQ***.
