Since September I have been wrongfully charge an extra R2000 worth of data on a line that has never been removed from a Nokia 1606 handset with NO data capabilities. Mtn claims the simcard was put into a Nokia Lumia which I have never owned. The last Nokia I owned was an E80.
I have tried countless times to rectify this with 808 and emailing 808validations who doesn't seem to know how to respond correctly to customers when we know what we are talking about.
mtn you have been incorrectly charging numerous customers and I will not be held liable for your system issues.
I then got suspended after constantly being told we will get someone to contact you.
nice going for a telecommunications company your communication skills are substandard to say the least.

If this is not sorted out by the time my debit order is due I shall return it again and take this further.

Regards
Terrin Livingstone

Primary number ***
number in question ***
