********** ******* ****** WHO ARE KEEPING MY MONEY
I AM AT THE VERGE OF SEEKING LEGAL ADVISE FOR ME TO RECEIVE EITHER MY PHONE OR MY MONEY FROM MTN. ON THE 8TH OF NOVEMBER 2017 I RECEIVED A QUOTATION AMOUNT OF R927 FOR REPAIRS OF MY SAMSUNG AND I RESPONDED ON THE SAME DAY WITH THE PAYMENT FOR THEM TO FIX MY PHONE. SINCE THEN YOUR REPAIRS CENTRE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, TELLING ME MY PHONE IS WITH QC BUT NO SPECIFIC ANSWER ABOUT WHEN IT WILL BE DISPATCHED. TODAY IS THE 22ND AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE OR FEEDBACK AS TO WHEN I AM GOING TO HAVE MY BACK, WHEN I HAVE PAID LONG TIME AGO.

22 Nov 2017, 18:02What? kind bull is that? why should i contact your repair centre when they have failed to answer me about where my phone is? i refuse to do that, i have spoken to every agent and your team leaders in that centre and no one can give me an answer.
What store should i visit? for what? when my phone is with your repairs centre. I see this as a refusal to help for services i paid for.
