********** contracts unresolved.

********** contracts was done on my name . I have inform mtn in April 2021. They have debited my account in march and april 2021. They told me that they are investigating the matter.

Today I receive sms that my account has being handed over . Does this mean my case is resolved. How did they verify that it was me who opened that account because ********** payslip was used to open the contracts. How did they verify employment. I was unemployed during those times that contracts were taken.
