********** contracts & PATHETIC SERVICE

Most pathetic customer service. I found out Thurday 26/05 that 2 contracts where **********ly taken out on my name on 22/3 after I had bank deductions to the amount of R 2 200 & R 4 400 for 2 consecutive moths. I was supposed to receive documents via email 26/05 to have this ***** reported and contracts cancelled. Up to date (1/06) I have not received anything. So I contacted the call centre again. After the 1st 6 minute hold the call was dropped. So I braved a 2nd call. After that 6 minute hold the call was actually answered, but unfortunately the competence level of the agent did not reach the level to actually transfer the call and I was cut-off again. MTN=PATHETICNESS !!
