********** contracts opened in my name

I discovered on Jan 26 debit order from MTN and I don’t have any contracts with them. I quickly reversed the payment with my bank that very same morning. When I phoned MTN I discovered that 3 cellphone contracts were opened in my name and immediately reported it to ***** section. The investigation is still pending and waiting for outcome. What concerns me is that I’m not the only victim to this same crime but yet MTN don’t put in better security measures to prevent this from happening again. The inconvenience I experienced in this ordeal has caused me stress. The service I’ve received when I phone in is just so bad. Spending a lot of money on phonecalls and my time. MTN need to sort themselves out.
