Zero Rating from me. Two contracts is **********ly added to my profile since September 2020 after agreeing only to take up the R199 promotion contract. I have been struggling to date to have the two 2GB contracts cancelled/removed from my profile. I am being sent from pillar to post between the MTN retention department and a third party by the name of CCI. I was transferred from the MTN Sales department to Retention and lastly to the CCI supposed Supervisor by the name of Theron Pillay and Theron assured that my query is escalated to MTN Senior managers to have the query resolved but to date no success. This is terrible and totally unacceptable service.
