********** CONTRACTS AT MTN

MTN **********ly opened/upgraded a contract on my name and debited my account with an amount of about R600 without my consent, When I asked to see the contract that they claim I have signed authorizing them to debit my account, it was not provided and I keep being sent from pillar to post and I am very disappointed and angry about this, if MTN has the guts to debit my account then they should be able to provide me with a document authorising them to do so instead of asking me to do an affidavit, I want this ********** contract cancelled with immediate effect and I also want to see the "so called contract", I will take this to up to the CEO if I have too, this is nonsense and I am really considering moving to another SP!!
