********** contracts

Im absolutely shocked and anxious. I took out two contracts with MTN, a cellphone and a laptop which all amounted to R800. All of a sudden they debit R8000 and thank God i was able to reverse it. I found out that someone; which i suspect internally, took out 4 additional contracts in my name which amounted to that R8000. Now my problem is the back and forth, no one wants to help me out. I get transfered from one department to the other, they give me non existent numbers just to get rid of me and when they see that im calling they ignore my calls for almost 24 minutes. I sent an email to *** and got a lousy automated response. They didnt ask for my particulars ot my id. Next thing i know they will report me to the bureaus as a delinquent client. Im so dissapointed with how MTN South Africa trwats its clients. The worst part is I dont even know how I will get this resolved.
