********** Contract Upgrade

Lehlohonolo Jonas has **********ly upgraded my cellphone contract without my permission. He refuses to cancel this upgrade after many calls asking him to do this. I have called the MTN retentions department and they are unable to cancel this ********** upgrade - it can only be done by Lehlohonolo and his supervisor who refuse to answer the call.

Lehlohonolo Jonas has poor communication skills and does not understand how to do his job. He is *********** and MTN should have security in place to stop ********** upgrades from staff like Lehlohonolo.
