********** contract still being investigated after 2.5 months!!!

A ********** MTN contract was taken out under my account with MTN. I called MTN and supp**** them with all necessary documents on 03 July 2018 for them to open a ***** investigation. They informed me that it will take 7 business days to finalise the investigation. I followed up on 10 August, 28 August and 20 September and every time the response is that it is still under investigation (2.5 months after it was logged) I even send resend the documents to MTN on request. MTN is still charging me for the contract!!

This is TOTALLY unacceptable for an investigation to be dragged out for more that 2 months. I do not get any feedback from MTN.

It is sad that I have to go to this lengths in getting this resolved.
