********** CONTRACT OPENED IN MY NAME AND MTN FAILS TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFO

I received an email alert from ********** saying I owe mtn of R12988.85 for a contract phone of which I’ve never opened with mtn or any other service provider. Gave Fourways mtn an affidavit and copies of my ID to inform them that I did not open a contract with mtn .

I have asked how it is possible for a person to open a contract without my authorization or ID copy and also how did FNB bank approve such a transaction. Not even one mtn person has ever contacted me to find out my side of the story.

These no contract from mtn that I signed or recording to say that I agreed to such... Please can anyone assist me because am harassed on a daily basis by mtn and its lawyers?
