********** contract opened

I have a ********** debit order from MTN. Every month i am trying to get it resolved, with no help, curlstomer service doesn't help, branch doesn't help. Yet my credit record is being ruined and my banking for having to reverse the money debited from my account when i have no contract or anything that has to do with MTN. I even asked for the address they delivered the device to and the ID used, they cannot disclose such but I am forced to pay for an account i never opened. I am definitely beginning to think it's an inside job and they are protecting each other, that's the only way they would be ok with allowing contracts to be opened with other people's names and not be bothered to help the person who's account is being debited monthly.
